Great value for size and for being relatively new

The room was spacious and great for a family.

I was very disappointed and surprised to be charged a $65 cleaning fee for one night's stay. It was not clearly stated when I booked the room and I feel like I was scammed. When I looked back at my confirmation email from Booked.net, it was in small print at the very bottom. I've never had this problem with other similar hotels.

Our stay was a nice one. I was a little upset over the cleaning fee thought it was a bit much. Loved the unit and the pool was kept very nice.Staff was very helpful and very nice. Loved the little gym and the very delicous coffee and cookies in the lobby daily.

Too high price cleaning fee,light bulbs were out in many rooms made it difficult for my disabled parent. I requested a handicapped room but did not get one...it was on the fifth floor way too far for my Dad to walk..Front door latch was loose and key at time did not work properly.... dissappointed for the money we paid.

I like the layout of the floor plan. Everything you need is there. Great for families or groups. We had two 3 BR suite. Patio is good.

Need to upgrade TV's, furnishing covers and beadspreads. The matress is horrible if you like comfortable beds. The beds were below our standards for comfort.

The room size was awsome.

The loaction was awful. You will drive about 10 miles to get to anything. No on site resturant or shops. There is only one pool for the entire complex of about 8, 5 story complexs. The pool is at the check-in office which is at the entrance when you come in. I you are not in complex 1 or 2 have a great walk to the front for the pool. It's not a huge pool either sor such a large complex. No other activites or activity center for the kids. To use the 2 laptops there was a $5.00 fee for 15 minutes or $10.00 fee for an hour use. The front desk person lost my mail I received. I received my mail just barely then on check out. When another front desk person put in the effort to look for it. Our room I booked was a three bedroom villa with TV's in each bedroom. Only two bedrooms had tv'S. The Beds were aweful. They were hard and made noise when you moved. The sofa was worn and nasty looking. We covered it to sit on it. The sofa bed matress was so old for this to be a new place. They must have brought this furniture from a hotel salvage. The main light in the bathroom turned on the exhaust fan in the toilet. Which to stop the noisy fan you had to turn the light off that you needed to use. Most of the time we used the recet lighting which wasn't much it was better than hearing that noisy fan.

Condos are very large, in room washer and dryer.

Mattresses could use to be updated.

The villa is beautiful, spacious and clean.

This resort was horrible. At check-in our "hostess" was very short and rude and seemed not to have time for us. When we got to the room, the bathroom had been used, there was a dirty opened abar of soap, and had dirty linens. a lot of the furniture was scraped and had seen better days.

The space and the kitchen.

Very small 2-3 person hot water heater unit in the apt ment for 6-8 people.

Clean pleasant facilititis with quiet surroundings. Lots of room. Convenient location. Good value for the money.

I love the spacious rooms for the price I paid. I would recommend this to everybody that want to spend quality time in a quality place.

I think they should change the cleaning service they are using now, they just clean the middle and the tops, it`s not a good cleaning service, tha blankets was dirty.
